After breakfast we departure to Pecs. Pecs is the treasure house of science and art. The value and the souvenir of the roman age, middle ages, Turkish subjection and the achieving of middle class status is visible in the city.
Houses from the Gothic and renaissance, Catholic Church, Muslim mosque, and bath; they all can be found in the city of Pecs.
We discover the sightseeing by walking around the city. We visit the barbican and the fortress of the city, the Bishop Palace, and the ancient catholic crypts. We walk in the Saint István square, and we visit the sightseeing of the Main Square. Then we visit the town hall and the county hall, the statue of trinity, the mosque of Gázi Kászim pasha, and the Zsolnay fountain.
After lunch we visit the Zsolnay section, the exhibition about the Zsolnay family, the Gugyi- collection, the rebuilt Zsolnay mausoleum, and the Zsolnay manufacture.
The Zsolnay cultural section was the biggest investment of the 2010 Europe cultural capital city project, which was built in two years at the territory of the Zsolnay porcelain manufacture of Pecs.
We arrive back to the hotel at the early evening hours.

Pécs nagy élmény volt minden tekintetben!

Nem tudta az ember, hogy hogy hová kapkodja a tekintetét: fel, előre, hátra, le?

Képtelenség pár nap alatt bebarangolni, inkább csak kóstolót kaphatunk belőle...

Néhány szó ízelítőnek:

kő, víz, levegő, stílus, művészet, nyugalom, lélek, étel, ital, humor.

Ezeket mutatta nekünk a város.

A mosolyom nem őszinte, azt kell mondjam, de a látvány pazar.

 

Axióma1: ha nem akarsz csalódni mindig oda ülj be enni, ahol már rajtad kívűl is sokan vannak.
A Korhely abszolút jó választás, és senki se másnapos :)

 

Axióma2: bárhová megyünk széles e hazában, előbb-utóbb mindig kiderül: végső soron mindenki Szabolcs-Szatmárból származik. A vendéglátónk anyukája és szüleim között cirka 13 km távolság van :))
Az apartman pedig csodás volt!
Belváros, műemléki környezet, parkolás, stílus, tisztaság, segítőkészség.
